The best coaches in the business, picked just for you.
Anyone can call themselves a coach. Very few can call themselves a Sayge.
How our coaches make the grade
Until now, finding the right coach to support your employees’ professional development has been difficult, if not impossible. Search 'coach' and you'll get a seemingly random list of individual coaches or, at best, an A-Z directory. The whole experience is like choosing your next vacation by closing your eyes and sticking a pin in a map – once in a while you might land on Hawaii, but most of the time you won't.
It’s the wild west out there – lots of people call themselves coaches, but a much smaller group actually have qualifications. At Sayge, we live or die by the quality of our coaches, so we go out of our way to ensure that only the very best coaches make the Sayge grade. All of our coaches meet three key criteria:
Rigorous, ICF-accredited training.
Thriving existing practices.
Adopt a dual approach, both long-term and short-term.
In addition, two Sayge co-founders interview every coach candidate separately, every one of our coaches has been recommended by at least one of their peers, and we always ask for references and testimonials.
A deep bench that's ready to go
We’ve worked hard to build a broad and deep bench of the best coaches, without compromising quality. This means that, no matter the individual or the themes they want to work on, we’re confident we have the right coach for them.
Sayge + You = A perfect match
Matching each individual to the right coach is one of the most crucial parts of the whole Sayge experience. To ensure we get the match right, we ask individuals to complete a short welcome questionnaire and then suggest only coaches who we think are a perfect match for them. If someone doesn't like their coach for any reason, we'll match them with another one of our coaches – at no extra cost and with no questions asked.
