How Sayge's platform makes coaching accessible to everyone
We work closely with our customers to understand their company, their people, and their objectives. We provide support with everything from participant selection to internal communications, to make it as easy as possible to get started.
For almost everyone we coach, we know this will be their first coaching experience. Our live and interactive kick-off session serves as a Coaching 101, an introduction to Sayge, and a setting of expectations for what's to come.
Following the kick-off, each employee completes a short matching survey, which enables us to match each of them to the best possible coach for them. We have a broad and deep bench of the best professional development coaches, each of whom brings unique experience and expertise to the table.
Each employee works with their coach to schedule their live 1:1 sessions at a cadence that works best for them both. Our coaching takes place over video or voice call to enable maximum flexibility, with sessions taking place over several months.
Throughout our engagements, we use proprietary anonymous surveys to gather quantitative and qualitative data which show the impact of coaching on your people and organization. By aligning these surveys with your objectives (Step 1), we're able to clearly define the return on your coaching investment.
