Jamie’s personal experience working with a coach in 2016 was so life-changing that he asked himself why more people didn’t know about coaching, or work with a coach themselves. These questions inspired him to co-found Sayge.
Before Sayge, Jamie worked at advertising and digital agencies including Ogilvy and Digitas, in London and NYC, where he led relationships with some of the world’s most iconic companies, including IBM, Johnson & Johnson and Nestlé.

Katie has a decade plus-long career working across entertainment, advertising, marketing strategy and innovation consulting. She’s helped transform a range of businesses and brands by working directly with senior-executives at some of the largest Fortune-500 companies through to disruptive start-ups. It’s this background, plus working with her own coach, that led Katie to gain her coaching certification. She helps leaders, new managers, and team members uncover their own insights, see opportunity, and discover answers to pressing challenges.

Originally from the Bay Area, Sahil has spent the early portion of his career on sales teams at a number of startups. His diverse background includes roles across various industries including the sports & entertainment space, CPG ad-tech and HR technology to name a few. Bringing an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales, Sahil is always ready to tackle his next challenge. Outside of work, you can find Sahil cheering on his 49ers, exploring New York with friends (and most likely complaining about the cold) or planning his next international excursion.

Kimberly is a dynamic leader adept at creating user journeys that resonate with the audience. Most recently, Kim was Head of Support at Maven Technologies, a SF-based company with a mission to empower women entrepreneurs with technology.
She believes that kindness and authenticity should be the driving force for every encounter we have in business. This value has made her an asset beloved and trusted by her colleagues, clients, and leading vendors across the globe.

Nick is a tenacious innovator with the ability to see the future and make it become a reality - whether it be supporting veteran entrepreneurs through his Board seat with Bunker Labs; appearing on Shark Tank (Season 5, Episode 22 with 2 follow-ups, including 'The Largest Shark Tank Exit in history'); training for and completing an Ironman; or leading Plated from startup concept on his kitchen counter in Manhattan thru to multi-hundred million dollar exit. Nick was a Forbes 30 under 30 in 2013 and an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2018.

Erica is the Senior Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Social Responsibility for the New York City Economic Development Corporation. In this role she oversees the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and foster a diverse and inclusive workforce. She works collaboratively with the Human Resources Leaders to embed equity best practices and oversees the employee resources groups. Erica has provided training in and presented on cultural competence and diversity related matters for the organization and across the country.
